KT is not and never will be a CB, too small, not commanding enough. High balls and he's had it. No thanks. Emergency only.

    Not bad overall.

It annoys me when we take the foot off the gas like we did today. We never did that in Rodgers season when 'relentless' was a buzzword among the squad. So either Rodgers has changed the way he asks the team to play, or the team has become complacent.

The reaction after the equaliser shows that it's probably the latter, unfortunately. We need to recapture the 'relentlessness' of that first season.

Partick Thistle, AEK and Livingston never even really tried to score goals against us and they did.

Horrific goings on at the back.

We are still far too sloppy in defence, i really hope Brendan will address this over the next 2 weeks.

Job done in the last 10 minutes, but we could have easily conceded another before we scored our second. Anybody happy with that performance needs to take the Green blinkers off. We cannot go through the season with that Centre defence. Through to the next round thanks to Gamboa and Moussa

You’re glad he’s struggled. That says it all.

    Possibly, yes.

It's the kind of performance we saw a lot of last season, too.

McCoist saying Storer mistimed the tackle, was as blatant a red as you'll see.

    Good Result, Mixed bag performance.

    Positives:
    • Through to the next round.
    • Gamboa, Izzy, Dembele and Johnston all playing well. Sinclair showed glimpses of 1st season form
    • Good response to Thistle drawing level
    Negatives:
    • The play for long periods was turgid and purposeless. Should not have to concede against teams simply to move up a gear, it just looks complacent and shows a lack of professionalism
    • Defence is still so soft. We literally can't take any game for granted at the moment the way we're losing goals to essentially every team we play. Needs sorted pronto.
    • Our play from when Rodgers first came in to now is unrecognisable. We were relentless in both attack and defence, playing a high-line and when we lost the ball we pressed and harried as a unit, causing mistakes that gave us chances and as a result scored plenty of goals from it. Today we chased in 1s and 2s sitting deeper and rarely winning the ball off Partick in their half. Are the players not playing to the system or has the system been abandoned?
