As some of you know, we have a Labour leadership contest going on just now (Corbyn,Kendall,Burnham and Cooper). Most people in here voted SNP during the election.Corbyn is ahead in the polls despite the fear mongering from the media and even the other candidates.

Supports Abolition of Tuition fees in England and Wales
    Supports the abolition of Trident
Supports a two state solution between Israel and Palestine
Only Candidate to vote against the Government bill.

My question is, would you consider going back to Labour if Corbyn is elected as the leader?(this is of course directed at anyone who did not vote for Labour during the election)

The whole party is not going to change its direction for one man,it would lose them votes from the south.....its going to take years of hard work and proof for me to go back to labour.

Corbyn would be great for UK politics but bad for Independence..

    I'd vote for him..

Edit: Only because I live in England tho.

I can't 'go back' to Liebour as I have never voted for them. Never will either. Sellout *. I will never forgive them for the role they played in the referendum campaign.

The sad thing is if labour gets its act together it has a very good chance of killing scotland hopes of indy.

I think I'm still of that mind too. Although part of me also thinks that certain things the Liebour Party are now doing will not be forgiven or forgotten by a lot of people in Scotland. The lily livered abstaining with regard to the Tories heartless welfare bill being the latest example. Slinking away into the shadows while the Tories enforce more economic and emotional brutality on the poorest and most vulnerable members of our society is not the action of a worthy opposition.

    * scumbags. They have a cheek to still call themselves the Labour Party.

I'd be tempted, but I think I'd still vote SNP.

I'm voting for Burnham; not as conservative as Corbyn. It stinks of Michael Foot 82, the right-wing media destroyed Miliband, just think what they will do to him. Kudos to Tristram Hunt and Chuka Umuna, they have played a blinder; spotted the war on the horizon and stayed out the fray. One of those two will be the leader in the next few years. It will be refreshing to see a firebrand old-school leftist at PMQs.

Labour MP's who backed Corbyn have deserted him in their droves.

Just another reason to stay well clear of that shambles of a party.

"We only voted for him as a joke, never knew he might actually win!"

    Lying scumbags.

Aha.....so independence is not that important to you after all!Its the policies, not the nationalism!

Why didnt everyone just get on board with the Scottish Socialists for all those years in the past....or the Communists even?

Brown made many mistakes as PM, but he is a decent man at heart.Just because he supported not breaking up the UK makes you hate him? What did you expect?
Did you think the whole Labour and Liberal party MPs would happily support independence just because the Celtic support changed en masse overnight to SNP?
