Who would they get though? There’s not really anyone achievable out there of the level of Zidane, Ronaldo, C Ronaldo etc...

Messi, C Ronaldo, Neymar, Mbappe are your 4 big ones and only really Neymar would go. If they managed to get him and Mbappe you’re talking 600 million plus.

This is a huge surprise: Zinedine Zidane returns to the bench of Real Madrid. The Frenchman will lead the session on Tuesday morning. Santiago Solari, the current merengue manager, will be fired in the evening of Monday following a meeting of the management of the club. Contacted by Florentino Pérez, "ZZ" had asked for a period of reflection during the weekend, before accepting.

Winner of three consecutive league leagues on Real's bench (2016, 2017, 2018) but also of La Liga in 2017, the 46-year-old technician left the club last summer with two years remaining contract.

Him walking away when he did looks like a power play of epic proportions if he does indeed go back. He'll presumably have the leeway and the mandate to rip up the squad and make his own decisions, as opposed to the state of play when he was last there and struggling to convince Florentino to retain Keylor Navas.

No one is spending £600m on a player. PSG aren't a selling team and even that kind of money would mean nothing to them but no one in their right mind is going to consider that an investment.

How would a team make that money back? Barca and whoever Ronaldo play for must make a fortune in image rights but although Mbappe is exciting he's not up there with them or even Neymar who I reckon would go for £150m. He is the kind of guy to force a move, sure he must've done that at Barca.

He'll be a colossal * if he moves to Madrid. There's being a crafty wind up merchant and then just being a greedy attention seeking wee *. He is a top 4 player though, can't deny that.

Check out what Barca coach said about Alba's back up player out on loan:

That is how much a * player is worth? * * and folk are wanting us to sign a back up for KT who can teach him stuff. Only someone at the end of their career. Hmmmm wonder if Barca will make a cheeky bid for KT as back up player. He should tell them to * off even though he would prosper surrounded by that kind of quality. Alba is 29 so KT might not get many games and I doubt he'd want to be put out on loan. Anyway, he's not leaving till we lose the league so hopefully never.

I can't think of any absolute super stars in the world right now. Mbappe and Barca's Dembele?

South America usually provide one every 5 or so years. Rumours of Coutinho being sold because of his drop in form. Madrid agreed terms for 20-year-old Argentinian Exequiel Palacios. Must be no' bad if he's to replace Modric long term.

Arthur looks to be a good player. That would be huge for Barca as a distributor is perfect for them to build around.

ZZ will bid for VVD I can guarantee that, £150m but he'd be better off at Barca, more his style.

Rumours Ronaldo is trying to persuade Madrid's best players to Juve :56: They would just ask for ridiculous money. Have Madrid ever sold a player they didn't want to? £100m for Ronaldo was good business after 3 UCLs. According to YouTube commentator Juve already have the best 11 players in the world and one of them is the best in the Universe. Simeone will be shittting it.

Wonder where Godin will go. He's on a free. 32 at his level is still very good.

No way is Bale worth £100m, he's too fragile. He could have been special if it wasn't for injuries, shame. Isco another mystery, he was going to be amazing. Not Bayo amazing but good. Was on the bench most of last season. Maybe ZZ will inspire him or he'll be off to Juve.

Isn't it about time Neueur moved to a team with a chance of winning the UCL? Did Juve replace Buffon? Poor guy, that was his big celebratory end of career UCL winning move. PSG are ridiculous.

He is very difficult to love.

If any of our players started talking so conditionally I would be ragin'. No one is bigger than the club. Then again PSG is a meat market.

Anyone seen KPB playing for Barca yet? That was puzzling.

@Gyp Rosetti Eufa should ban him just like casinos do winners. He's obviously found a system. Still cannae do a Broony though no matter how hard he tries. Big stupit X, that just looks like he's trying too hard.

I carry a barrel and a long spoon about with me just in case his name comes up  I love him really, well the timing of him and Messi was much better than if they played separate eras.

    @FCBarca

This clip is long but just check it out at approx 2mins over at the corner flag. You've already seen it, I just had to bring this up. That skill he does there, I've never seen that before or anyone else do it. I mean I've seen it before, I watched the game but I've not seen him do it before or since. The reason I bring it up is I'm thinking did he just make that up? I don't think he's seen anyone else perform it so where did it come from and where did it go? :43:
Is he really that good he can produce that kind of original skill and then not use it again? :56:

I mean he's the most economical player we've seen but come on, you gotta use extreme skills more than once :39:
