If I'm watching on the tele it's usually off after our team goes up the tunnel.Maybe ignorance is bliss but I'll always remember him fondly...loved him during his time here literally from his first touch of the ball and always felt him and his wife 'got' Celtic.

Exactly. He might still have friends in that dressing room, so there is every chance someone has been talking about what's been going on. For Commons to then go and use that knowledge to further his media 'career' is pretty inexcusable.

How is he a soup taker when he didn’t grow up a Celtic fan? He’s not even Scottish or Irish. This attitude confuses me.

Fair enough he’s a * pundit but people acting like he’s a traitor are off their heads. He was a professional footballer paid to do a job, a badge kisser yes, and he showed he was willing to do that when he left Forest for Derby on a free. Derby fans hated him at first then he won them round by scoring a shitload and pumping Man U with a screamer.

People also seem to hate him for slagging Ronny - give me a goal scoring midfielder over a * manager any day. Yes it was disrespecting the boss but that boss sadly couldn’t lead a * cow to grass. You could also argue commons was actually thinking of the club, the fans and the wider picture as he knew we should be achieving much, much more.

He knows how good a club Celtic can be and is as * off as anyone when we fail like we have been this season. I think he has a right to state that. He’s certainly far less controversial than Sutton who everybody loves...
