    Its rather depressing other teams see that and think wow cant wait till he is in the first team......we see it and think....wonder when some * will take him off us.
    unless the kid is on a 10 year contract he aint ever going to see our first team.
    only slim hope we have is he is a fan or becomes one.

    Some one needs to show his family some dvds of how talented islam feruez was as a kid and how his career progressed since chelsea snapped him up at a young age. celtic is the best place for his development and chance to see 1st team football and examples of van djik and wanyama and maybe to an extent roberts may show him that playing well at celtic will get you noticed

    The U13 tournament we won the other month they called the "mini Champions League" where he got player of the tournament, Celtic won it in 1996 and Chris Burke was player of the tournament for us, David Marshall got keeper of the tournament. We also won it in 1999 and McGeady got player of the tournament. Best player to probably have won player of the tournament at it was Memphis Depay in 2007.

    Top teams in England and the Continent teams have been sniffing round this kid for a couple of years but he and his family have always rebuffed any interest from them in favour of staying with us and trying to make it here, hopefully this sentiment remains as he continues to grow.

    He's some player. We should be totally focusing on keeping our best youngsters and giving them every opportunity.
    He's still young but it's clear he stands out. He will do well with the right guidance. Hopefully he's getting it, also hopefully he's got a good head on his shoulders himself to know what's best for him. Some young kids are remarkably mature for their age, here's hoping he is.
    I think we should be encouraging a loyalty and affection for the club at every opportunity with all the young players as they progress through the age groups.
    Anyway, overall we should be giving talent like that good contracts as they progress and giving them every chance to do well whilst instilling a professional attitude. Attitude and the mental part of the game is so, so important.
