Just had sleep paralysis

Just had this again now im no wantin to go back to sleep incase i get it again

 

Had this this morning and it was the worst I've ever had it, woke up to a grudge like figure right in my face.

It didn't last very long, only 2 or 3 seconds but I woke up in a sweat and was trembling.

Been fairly stressed lately and I think that's what caused it.

 

I get it mostly coming off a bender or when the room is sweltering hot.

 

Used to get this when i was younger,has not happened to me for a good good long long while tfft!!

 

Hasn't happened to me in a while, but got them fairly frequently at one point (was also prone to panic attacks, too).

 

No had it in a good while either..

Used to get some other thing regularly when I was a kid, and it was to do with a lake and some crocodiles or something. Can sort of remember, and i used to feel it coming on and trying to snap out of it..

Strange..

 

From reading this I just remembered I had it myself last night!

I've had it quite a lot before so it doesn't scare me like it used to!

 

Had no idea what this was all about and just googled it. Sure I had this a few years back. Had a really strange feeling there was something or someone around me and I couldn't do * all about it!

 

Never had it, when I was younger though sometimes I used to wake up in the night hallucinating, was always similar where it felt like my hearing was blocked a bit and things seemed slowed down and knew I was hallucinating but it too a while to settle down. Can't mind much of them but once I mind I I was watching my dad on TV and it seemed real(that one was during the day), another time I remember I thought I was building a christmas present with my aunt and uncle but they werent there

Think they were caused by dehydration, hasnt happened since I was about 13 or 14.

 

Had this last night, fell asleep facing my bedroom wall which is black and the light was off so I didn’t see anything but felt it.

Was like something got into the bed behind me and grabbed my arms from behind. Actually thought it was my mate taking the * as I was supposed to go to the pub with him before I fell asleep but realized what was happening when I couldn’t move.

Usually only happens if I sleep on my back but I’m almost certain I was on my side last night

 

It's like getting raped off a ghost.

 

That is why i keep getting a sore *,cheers good pal

 

Just looked at the first couple a posts and someone said the raped off a ghost thing, that's the best way to describe it, a right ugly ghost right enough!

Sexy female demons on the other hand, come and av a go!

I've had sleep paralysis once before. It really is terrifying.

 

Wasn’t sleep paralysis but 3 or 4 nights ago I had a vivid dream of a blacked out x5 BMW mounting the pavement at Trafalger square right in front of the lion and splattering him whilst I was on the roundabout island watching on..

Woke up like * *. No had one that bad that I can remember for ages..

 

A boy I used to see had sleep paralysis and tried to draw what he experienced. Looks terrifying.

 

I haven't had it in a while myself but I can add to the rest by saying that it's * terrifying.

It feels like something invisible is pinning you to the bed and whispering something incomprehensible yet evil loudly in your ear.

 

Why dont any ghosts want to have * with me

Had this last night again, been a good few months since I’ve last had it but since I first posted about it in here in 2016 I’ve probably had it 5 times now. Always seems to be after having a big weekend and drinking a lot and going to bed late on.

Was scary enough but not as bad last night as I seem to know what it is now. Last night it was someone walking into my room could hear the footsteps and breathing getting closer and couldn’t lift arms to turn lamp on, tried shouting as well but nothing.
