My first time ever experiencing it, didn't see any hallucinations but my room was dark thankfully, still a really scary experience :54:

I don't see why most people don't just close their eyes through it. Can you close your eyes?

    Aye, it's weird right enough.

I get it quite a lot, but it comes & goes.

    Much like that rapist ghost.

I've had it recently as well, one of the scariest experiences you can ever have.

I can still vividly remember the first time it happened, many years ago, was scared witless, it felt like I was being crushed.

Thankfully it only tends to happen a few times a year for me.

I thought I was experiencing it a few nights ago, but I'm not sure if it was that at all. I was awake, but it was like my whole body was seizing up and I couldn't move. It only lasted for a few seconds and I didn't see any hallucinations or anything of the sort though. Thankfully.

Had it a few times, can be a bit freaky at first. Best thing I find is not to try and wake yourself.

Mines are mental. I have dreams that in my dream I'm trying to wake up but nothings happening. Can't move, can't shout, nothing. I * hate it. It's like a pure out of body experience or some *. :56:

Had a few of them now and it genuinely feels like there's a presence in the room taking the absolute * out ye everytime. :54:

It's where your paralyzed and you see hallucinations and think there's things in the room coming for you and *. And you really don't want it.
