    So he shows his arrogance by saying he didnt want to stay at celtic as he only wanted to play in big games not Ross County.

    and all we did was walk round the pitch when we won league!

    thought he seemed like a wee * when he was here and to me the arrogance this boy has is unbelieveable considering Celtic gave him a route back into Football, * thinks he is Zlatan or Henrik!!!

    JOHN GUIDETTI insists he didn’t want to sign a permanent deal with Celtic – because he didn’t fancy away trips to Ross County.

    Swedish hitman Guidetti made a blistering start at Celtic Park after arriving on loan from Manchester City three years ago, netting 11 goals by November.

    His prolific form quickly made him a favourite with the Hoops faithful, who were desperate for Ronny Deila to snap up the player on a long-term contract.

    But after faltering talks over a permanent deal, Guidetti went two months without a goal before his Celtic career fizzled out.

    And Guidetti – now at Celta Vigo – claims he was underwhelmed by the lack of big games in Scotland.

    He told The Times: “I went to Celtic, smash it the first half of the season, and then they said, ‘John you have to sign a contract.’

    “I said, ‘Listen, I don’t think I owe you anything’. Celtic’s a massive club but I like the big games.

    “I don’t like — with all respect — Ross County away.

    “When we won the league, we didn’t even celebrate, just walked round the pitch.

    “In the Swedish league, they’re drunk for a week when they win the league. I live for ‘We did the impossible.’”

    Guidetti finished 2014/15 season with 15 goals in 35 appearances, picking up Premiership and League Cup medals.

    * thinks he's something special. If he was half as good as he thought he was, he'd still be at Man City.

    I never really took to the guy at all. Can't stand the arrogance of him. It's a real testament to the guy when you look at his age and see the amount of clubs he's been at. *.

    What a * - and I wanted him to stay.
    That interview just shows me he is still * hurting over it. No chance we said anything like that. Trying his best to make it sound like we were begging him to stay, like we needed him more than he needed us.

    Afraid to say john, we moved on very * quickly from a guy who moped around and didn't appreciate the simple things in football - like enjoying football and being adored by massive fans. You are the one who walked around a pitch yourself.
    You are the one who chose not to celebrate. Bad he wanted to, he could have been drunk with the fans all week when the league was done. But he let hia ego get the better of him when he realised he was struggling to score even against ross county.

    And as nice as is to do the impossible john, I don't quite think you got it, celtic winning the league isnt an impoasible - because we are the big club not some diddy no mark.

    He wouldn't know. He's won two trophies and they were both with us. Probably the only medals he'll get in senior football. 25 and he's scored like 50 goals in his career.

    Griffiths has scored more goals since Guidetti came to Celtic, than Guidetti has in his full career :56:

    Thinks he's The next ibrahimovic. Would rather ply my trade with the hoops - big champions league nights with a packed out paradise, silverware every season - than be fighting mid table in la liga, granted, there are some massive names in Spanish football outwith just Messi and Ronaldo, sadly John Guidetti thinks he's one of them!
