Celtic are apparently favourites to sign him.

No thanks, he was always over-hyped by the English media and has a history of making costly mistakes. If I had to choose between Gordon or Hart, id stick with Gordon, hes the better keeper.

He honestly isn't even as good as Gordon..

    No way we'd want him..

:56: Brendan likes keepers to be comfortable on the ball. This * is a shambles with the ball at his feet

    No thanks.

Nevermind the stupid money that Hart is no doubt currently on and would no doubt be demanding, before anything else. But even then, if this was an option I'd still feel much more confident with Gordon between the sticks, especially as a shot stopper.

Used to be a good keeper IMO but his confidence has gone to *, so much so that he wouldn't be an improvement on Gordon

He was brilliant for man city for a spell but as soon as pep came in and wanted a keeper who can play the ball out from the back, his days were numbered.

Only 31 still young for a keeper over Gordon and he has leadership qualities but i think brendan likes keepers who can play out too from the back yet still picks Gordon who can't.

that's not Gordon's fault though really mate....the manager thinks, like i do,when you weigh it all up Gordon gives us a lot more than he costs us!! He does split opinion though with the majority, on here anyway, wanting him gone imo!!

Gordon also seems to be picking up injuries the last wee while he's 35/36 now.

Aye, we need a new number 1 but Hart isn't the answer.

Would be more suited to the Sevco/Gerrard "revolution" anyway...

Got laughed at for years for suggesting this guy is rank rotten and then Pep showed up and binned him immediately and suddenly everyone realised he was indeed pish.

I would genuinely prefer to play Bain regularly.

I find this an interesting take actually. I think his experience in Europe and internationally could be exactly what we need (both his successes and his failures).

I'd take him over Gordon, and at this point in his career we'd be getting him at his cheapest. I understand the thinking in that over the last few seasons he's been garbage, but his confidence is shot and he needs a fresh start with an ambitious team and a manager who knows what he's doing.

Hart and Bain between the sticks? I'd take that.
