Harper and Turnbull will do me with Bitton and possibly Ntcham out.

Competing is a bit much... linked with is another thing... no surprise if we're touted the same folk. Agents and the likes will do us both at the same time. Big difference is if we really want them, and they're willing to come North, there's no competition.
Only way we want them and they finish at Deadco is if they're rabid Huns (* em!) or the Huns are again overpaying in a stupid way (which we never will!).

Would like someone of a Ntcham quality in if he goes as on his day he's class..

Turnbull and Harper are good prospects and signings but to come right in and dominate a game like we know Ntcham can do....I'm no so sure from the off..

I feel like I could count on one hand the amount of times Ntcham has actually reached that level though.

Nah. There was a reason Porto were wanting to smack 14 mill odd on the table..

He's mentally checked out but he's shown his quality many time's for us. It's easy to forget due to much of this season though I do get that..

I don't really remember many from last season though.

He's shown flashes without a doubt, but never on a consistent basis that made me really stand up and take note of him.

I remember when he first came in his passing was so hit and miss and then suddenly he was pinging balls about all over the place and taking really nice touches, but that only lasted a short spell.

If anyone is coming in with that kind of money he should be out the door.

There's a player in there, no doubt about it. I just feel that, if it's true, we are asking for £15m.... we absolutely cannot turn that down. Especially when he's mentally not right and he isn't a guaranteed starter. I know that we don't spend the money but if we sold him for £15m and replaced him with Aribo/Harper and Turnbull for less than £3m? That's absolutely the right decision for me. I genuinely still don't know what ntchams best position is.

He stepped up in most big game's in the double treble season for me..

Aye the Anderlecht away game summed that up. Torrid half hour then put an exquisite ball through for KT to set up Griff for our first and was quality after..

Yep anything above 10 will be accepted now in my opinion. No point really turning it down now because he's as well as gone and gives the impression he'd sulk if he didn't get a move..

I agree we can't knock that kinda money back just said the same in the other post..

Anything above 10 represents good business with those 2 in for 3 is fair enough..

Being picky I'd still like a proper runner of the game in. Harper might be that but he's probably still a touch raw..

I'd say Ntcham is best in a 2 just infront of a 6 but an energetic 2 in with him..

Agreed. It's really disappointing in a way because I feel we are going to sell him and he's going to go onto incredible things. We absolutely need to install a percentage in any future sale.

I think we need someone who can run the game. McGregor was doing that but he definitely tailed off last few weeks of the season. There is also an argument to be made about whether brown plays as many games next year. I think we need to find his successor and fast.

I think that's exactly what will happen to be honest. We'll feel short changed at some point in the next season or so..

McGregor has to go back to the 6 for me. Broony has to play or be managed a lot better and we need a fresh, energetic trio to dictate game's again..

McGregor and Christie back will be huge. Will Rogic regain his fitness and form again? Hopefully. Will Harper come straight in as he's tall, quick, strong/runner and box to box so will be a big player..

I think what we do need is a better scouting system. You see teams like Salzburg and they spent less than us I'm sure I heard someone say. Japanese, Korean leagues have an abundance of talent. Not even discussing the Europeans leagues we seem to blatantly ignore. Austrian, Belgian, Croatian, Czech.... players probably thriving that we just seem to have no knowledge of. It's incredibly frustrating.

I'm not a headcase at all. Never been in any bother in my life.

I look into things nobody knows about yet, like why the bookies have access to the national crimes database, that sort of thing. The mechanics of how their security operation works and how easily that can be hacked or leaked.
Most are probably unaware of the football hack.

Then if we factor in both Cambridge Analytica and also the tory party guy who used to run Oxford Analytica, we can see how they can potentially get at that information to organise and target groups for elections etc.

They can actually get at that information via casinos and betting companies. It's honestly not as barmy as it sounds.

Then if you looked into footballinsider with a light anarchic touch, you can see it's registered in companies house and it's part of the charity fraud people who target veteran groups, raise money for them but bypass large chunks of that offshore.

I know because i looked carefully enough, because it's what i do for a living.
