Don’t want him back

 

Seems like the guy behind him is wearing exactly the same clothes+shoes. Perhaps it was a team decision (or something like that).

 

If I was a City player I'd be handing in a transfer request if the team told me to dress like that.

 

I'd 100% take him back. He was amazing in his year here and has just lost his way a bit. I think he'd excel under rodgers. He's so much more composed with the ball than anyone else we've got at the back.

Joking aside, I'd definitely welcome him back because he's a very good defender and could develop really well with the team Brendan is building which is looking better each year.

I don't care if he was a mercenary, he wasn't the first to join us and he won't be the last. The team comes first, players ambitions can be as sky high as they want as long as we've got them on decent length contracts.

 

That maybe true but the tiny makeup bag is all his..

 

I wasn't as enthusiastic about how good he was while here. Definitely always thought van dijk was on another level. Did kinda think he looked more of a right back but I've been wrong plenty!

It's the best possible replacement for boyata. Get him in. He'll have that "I'm too good for Scottish football so it's pish easy" confidence and will be solid.
