    Why does it take us an absolute age to get our business done

    Other teams manage to start negotiations,do medical and conclude everything quickly. Especially on days like today.

    We take days to do a medical and weeks to do negotiating. I know deals can take time but every deal we do seems to be like that. And them when it comes to last minute things we always fail at the last minute and it's the old "oh well we tried" scenario.

    Worst thing is we always drag it out and announce it on deadline day. Like the Shved guy, he's been here since last Sunday undergoing his medical and he signs 4 days later

    Came into the window expecting a permanent solution to RB and at least one permanent CB and we’ve got neither, so that’s disappointing.

    It’s mental that we’re still going to be needing a first team RB and CB as well as a backup CB and LB come the summer - when we’re looking to navigate our way through the qualifiers.

    Thankfully we can concentrate solely on defenders from now until the end of the season as we’re set in midfield and attack for the foreseeable with the signings of Shved and Bayo.

    Is there any chance of signing a CB this window or am I going to get that horrible but wrenching feeling at the stroke of midnight again?
