We're not signing Wanyama to just play in europe and against them, and we wont drop Christie, McGregor or Brown in run of the mill domestic games any time soon

    Knee * reaction.

Before yesterday we’d drawn one and lost one in the league, topped our EL group and won the only cup up for grabs.

Now that we’ve lost to the Huns we need Dermot Desmond to show up and spend a * load of cash on positions we’ve just filled in the summer.

You could go to a 4-3-1-2 to accommodate a Wanyama type (it won’t be him)

Brown isn't mobile enough to play box to box in that system. Unless you play brown holding and wanyama box to box but that kind of defeats the point of bringing in wanyama

Wanyama won’t sign for us. Aye brown would need to play deep and allow Ntcham and McGregor to be the legs or rotate someone with brown

Would be perfect to retain the ball in centre of attacking third. But Christie won't be dropped for Griffith's so we need a very good striker. I'd like 4-2-2-2. Accomadates Christie. The attacking midfield two can go inside or outside . Basically turn into a 442 when we need a bit more width. Think Christie and elyounoussi playing behind edoaurd and another striker would be dynamite and allow edoaurd to contribute on an even higher level . Mikey would also be a rocket in that system . But Forrest would lose out.

And? From what I’ve saw neither are good enough to start.

Don’t see how you can have an opinion on Taylor one way or another, he’s had about 2 starts..

Which is ridiculous in itself. Halfway through the season and we've barely seen him despite him being fit for christ knows how long.

And why’s that? Don’t think Lenny fancies him and let’s be honest it was an underwhelming signing

You have took me out of context. I said 3 positions we should be looking at a st, cm, cb. I said a lb after that would be fantastic I’m not actually expecting it. Are you happy with those positions? Would you say they’re more then strong enough?

Got give him a chance, Lenny signed him..

Should have played more but Lenny loves the versatility of Hayes as an option on the bench.

He’s looked tidy when he’s played so far.

Agree with this. We've got a lot of creativity in our club, in Christie, Johnston, Frimpong, Forrest, etc, but they are all slight of stature, and we really need to bolster our physicality in the midfield, particularly against them. Brown aside, we are not intimidating our opponents in any physical sense. We need to be stronger in the defensive midfield. With regards to strikers, Edouard is obviously classy, but I'm not sure he's particularly passionate about Celtic, he sometimes appears uninterested, and his first touch can be poor. I'd love Leigh to improve to where he used to be, but this doesn't appear to be happening. Would love to see a striker come in as either back up or complementary to Edouard, someone who can score goals and make our opponents nervous.

Cant understand all the negativity towards Taylor.
From what little I have seen of him, he looks decent, guy needs a run in the team.
Its not about Boli bashing, its just the boy seems a better option at the moment.

Benkovic on 18month loan deal would be a good bit of business..

Get some rotation and competition into our CBs..
