    Ajer and Frimpong are showings the system can work. There will always be failures in the system like Benayu and Kouassi. We can judge players like Connell, O'connor and Afolabi after 2 years.

    The players I mentioned have made a very big impact, we had to bring them through in different ways though.

    The squad we have at present is the best we have looked imho going into a transfer window for ages. We don’t have to rush every player through.

    Yeah obviously experience is needed but you need young blood too. You can't just blow off skill because of lack of experience. All experienced players were young kids with no experience who needed a bit of patience.
