A good season for Forrest would be staying fit. He doesn't need to be unplayable, he needs to get the ball in the box a bit earlier.

feels like people have been discussing his potential for about 4yrs now, I he had true quality there would be no dispute by now. Doesn't seem to fit in the athletic mould Deila's plan for the squad. Hasn't knuckled down and improved his overall game like Griffiths and Bitton. He is decent backup at best for me and Mackay Steven deserves the rm position next season as he's proved this pre-season.

Obviously needs to knuckle down this season and start performing. A sports scientist sounds like a good idea.

talking with a couple guys at the game on saturday,
looked like he had no idea where he was supposed to be hi positioning was woeful, he was hanging back when he should have been forward, he was still standing out wide when griffiths came out wide with the ball, he wasnt overlapping when he should, 90% of the time he was floating about in no mans land,
    looked absolutely clueless,

in comparison to mackay-steven out on the opposite wing, it was night and day,

im not buying the hes just coming back from injury hes still young nonsense, hes been injury free almost a year
hes also 24 which in todays game is not young,

i was a fan of james and on his day he can be fantastic, but he just doesnt look as if hes adapting to whats required of him, at least to me anyway

Made it fairly clear before that I don't really rate him, and that hasn't changed. Final ball is poor, and he often disappears in games I feel. Looked like he could be a right good player for us when he first come on the scene, but he just hasn't fulfilled his potential. I would look to move him on.

I have been extremely critical of him but I would much rather he played with us than against us

Karagandy will forever be the moment that defines his Celtic career.

What else has he done? He offers very little to the squad.

I think even the few that were willing to stick by him are giving up hope

Wasn't even that, pretty sure it was a straight own goal.
