He was almost jumping out the way before the ball had reached him..

    Was definitely fearful..

If he was injured that explains it but he was off today, no question..

He didn't look remotely interested at times, a very strange performance from him but I can forgive him for it given how good he's been for us so far this season.

Aye he may have been quiet the day BUT to be fair he had 2 huns on him at all times and it leaves a big gap for Eddy.

Looked like he was carrying an injury, rarely got into full flight and shirked away from every tackle.

Never said anything about his workrate or how he played, but he didn’t look himself and never got sprinting at players as much as he usually does.

It wasn’t his best game (not by a long shot), but he put in a * of a shift and the defensive side of his game is so underrated. He shirked our a few tackles, which can frustrate, but he’s been superb so far this season. The fact rangers are terrified of him and doubled up on him constantly also created space for others to benefit from.

I don't even think that was the case, he just never got close to being involved and actively shat it out of at least 2 50/50's which is disappointing.

Saying that he's carried us at times this season and some of his team mates were owe him a performance.

Pulled at the wrong time IMO but who GAF. Did his work defensively and couldn’t get going offensively.

Wasn’t a ‘bad’ game but by his own standards he was very quiet.

Did well defensively. Offered little offensively. Only disappointing thing was seeing him pull out of a couple of 50/50s.

Given the result today and the performance from the vast majority of the team, i think we can forgive Jamsey for not reaching his usual high standards, his contribution thus far has been excellent, looks like he's gonna have another great season.

Does he ever play well against them though? I can’t remember a time he did so I’m not surprised about today. However he played well defensively

Other than the time he destroyed their left side to score a double as we won 5-0 to win the league?

Or when he scored a late winner last season to win?

Or in the 1-0 game last season where he smashed the bar from 30 yards out and set up the winning goal?

It wasn't his best game today but he played his part. He should've either had a dig or played in Edouard when he ran 3 v 3 late on, instead of running into the crowd.

    * me. He was offered up as hun-bait and he played the role very well.

It’s been a fabulous day - let’s not tarnish it with clueless negative fuckwittery!
