37th goal yesterday, now scored the same number for us as Scott Brown, Aiden McGeady, Billy McNeill and Johnny Doyle. Good company to be in.

    Been immense this season.

We really have been spoiled having both him and Roberts to choose from.

Found his form again, struggled through December and January but looks back to his best again, good timing as well with Roberts injured.

I think it will take some time for people to realize that he's not James Forrest of old, people are afraid that he will turn to * again, but his level of performances this season has been really good, long may it continue.

He is learning to receive the ball in better areas , usually halfway line and facing towards goal, he has come off his marker and then has a little space to drive forward at pace ,he is also timing his afterburner's were he has gotten away from the defender at the key area to allow him time to pick out a teammate with the cross .It may be that the manager has put this across to him as something he had noticed, cauz I've seen a major difference in his crossing .

I know what you are saying but I think that's down to forrests inconsistancy. If he played like this week in week out (I hope he does) then I'm sure that kind of abuse will fade out.

Forest has been superb this season. He has improved immensely under Brendan and becoming the player he showed glimpses of a couple of seasons ago. Yes he did have a dip in form but the Forest of old would have hidden and find it difficult to find good form again. The new James Forest has new belief under Brendans coaching he just picks himself back up again. By nature of the position he plays and how he plays it he will have dips in form, it is difficult to produce the same standard of wing play every game. Sinclair hasn't been at his best the last few games but does enough to influence a game. We shouldn't be too critical and enjoy what we have in good ball players and match winners.

Who would have thought it... James Forest keeping Paddy Roberts out of the team!

I had a rare venture up to CP at the weekend and I thought that James was easily our best player. Every time he had that long diagonal pinged to him his touch was clean and he ran the poor lad Chalmers ragged all game. Quick, strong and aggressive in his running!

Not sure how he didn't get MoM.

Only one thing that I didn't like was how much we brought him into play, it looked like a ploy to isolate Chalmers but it took Sinclair and Tierney out of the game far too often meaning we looked one dimensional and struggled to break a stubborn Motherwell down.

My thoughts exactly- saw KT shouting and bawling looking for the ball and majority of times it went right

He looked is some Nick when he hobbled off. Was other side of the ground from us so difficult to see how bad a challenge it was. Didn't look good from where I was though

Looked a bad one from where I was sitting, thought he got studded through the shin but not seen it on TV or that.

    Cheers @Crow.

Tbh, I think I agree with Brendan on this one. Think its unfortunate he caught Forrest at all. Was a ball there to be won and I think we are unlucky that Forrest seemingly took the brunt of it. Hope it's nothing too serious.
