Anyone else looking forward to the Ronny Roar at the San Siro?

I can see both teams scoring, so I'm going for a 2-1 win, Johansen and Van Dijk to score for us, mon the hoops!

 

We need to cut down on errors, but I honestly think that's from playing lesser teams week in week out. Makes us slack. If we can concentrate for the full 90 and for set pieces then I don't see any reason not to keep a clean sheet. They aren't that good going forward.

Also 6pm kick off? fs.

 

If we cur out the errors at the back and stay focused I don't see a reason we can't win. Need to be wary of shaqiri though he could be a real game changer for them.

 

We've got real options we need to select the right ones.

I'll need to have a good think before I post my team, but options are great!

Feel if we don't do something about Shaqiri we could be in trouble.

Think we need commons in there for his ability to create something from nothing , and the long shots could be vital if we are lacking support in which will be a very testing tie . Also just have a feeling he will score in this match .
Up top i'm gong for Griffiths , need a willing runner up there with a bit of pace , as i can imagine we will be slightly more counter attacking than in the home tie - will also have an added motivation to perform well now that Guidetti has got himself firmly back in the picture . Bring on Mackay Steven and Guidetti late on to have a go against the tired legs .

Although McKay-Steven will be much more useful on the counter than Commons. We should start Commons though, but maybe for Armstrong? Harsh to drop Armstrong but Commons scored two today, is the better player and has much more big game experience.

This midfield front 3 is a tougher decision than the Guidetti/Griffiths one. You have to start Johansen.

Will you have Brown there , to stop the counter attacking from corners , or will you give them a free run .

 

first goal is crucial ... they get it and its game over i feel. If we get it inter will have to come at us and then we can hopefully nick one the break with forrest and gms speed being used late on.

 

Brown is there ?!

 

Commons dosent start in my opinion, a lucky two goals against hamilton does not earn him a place ahead of armstrong johansen or gms after their performances against inter during the week.
