Went to bed at 8.30pm last night and was asleep by 9pm. Woke up this morning at 8.30am.

First day back in college+work took it out of me. Best sleep I've had in a long time though.

Was gonna create a thread on a sleep but found this when searching. This has completely changed for me now. I get 8 hours sleep minimum everyday, sometimes 9 or up to 10 if I'm really tired. I think going to the gym has helped, because after a days work and then an hour/hour and a half at the gym just really tires me out by the time it gets to evening time. Whereas a few years ago I'd watch TV, be on the internet watching * or playing games until * knows what hour.

Weekends is still a bit erratic tho, sometimes I can get 8 hours but I usually go to sleep later and if I'm drinking it just * up a couple of nights for me but it's usually back to normal by Monday night.

Probably about 6ish and wake up 2/3 times during the night. Always shattered.

I couldn't tell you the last time I had a sober, uninterrupted, fall asleep to wake up night. Woke by the alarm every work day, which will be 6-7 hours, and when drinking at the weekend my body automatically wakes up after about 4-5 hours.

Try to get at least 7 hours a night. Doesn't matter what time or how much I sleep though, getting up at 4:30-5am always leaves you feeling knackered.

4-5 hours, occasionally less, but every now and then might have a doze on a Sunday afternoon/evening

8 hours regular these days although I’m now up once a night when the missus is up with the wean.

One thing that’s stopped altogether is long lies. Even on the sauce, I’m up crack of dawn.

Had a bit of trouble sleeping at the end of last year, but I manage to get 9-10 hours regularly now. There’s occasional days during working weeks where I get less but I catch up on it the next night.
