    The HMRC have sent out 180 officials and arrested 7 men in England from West ham and Newcastle United clubs due to tax and National Insurance fraud.
    One of those arrested is the Newcastle United Managing Director.
    There have also been investigations ongoing in France by HMRC.

    They are all doing it with the way vat works were u can claim it back on materials and other costs but the wages you can't reclaim 20 per cent so what happens usually the income gets vat 20 percent up against the 20 per cent you pay on things like materials equipment etc and it evens itself out but it actually doesn't because you can't reclaim vat on wages so say you brought in 150 million and spent 140 million meaning you pay vat on ten million but that's wrong because 80 million of that income went on wages so your getting vatted on 90 million meaning you have a vat bill of 19 million pounds owed out but you only have 10 million in bank so say next quarter same again happens only you have had to bring in more income to pay the vat bill but you can't reclaim vat against that either causing a snow ball effect with your vat bill every quarter getting higher and higher every time despite no growth to pay it system is *

    Looks like Chelsea are also being investigated.
    If found to be guilty of this then all 3 clubs have the prospect of possible FA sanctions of a points deduction.
    If they think it warrants it Chelsea could have sufficient points deduction to see them out of Europe next season, West ham could be relegated depending on if they get a severe points deduction and Newcastle united could also see their hopes of promotion to Premier League scuppered by points deduction.

    All 3 clubs will be * bricks.

    Marseille are the French club under investigation.
    Will those corrupt idiots at that club ever learn.
    The HMRC have also arrested 4 player's agents.
    It's all about a £5m tax fraud.
