New Nas Album in June produced by Kanye west, kanye solo album(only 7 songs ffs) and a Kanye/Kudi collab album coming in June too.

G.O.O.D Music + Drake both releasing albums for this summer. Gonna be good.

that is if Kanye sticks to his word, forever promising things.

 

Kanyes a *, not a fan of his production style now either. Goes for too futuristic sounding beats a lot of the time now and over does the auto tune.

 

For his own music yeah and the kudi collab i reckon it'll be that type of production, I like it so can't wait.

Don't think there is any way Nas is getting autotuned and that type of production though.

Kanye is producing this album because Obama asked him to make the beats for Nas' next album

 

No really a fan of Cudi either, few decent tunes in amongst a catalogue of total mince.

Kanye still does produce all sorts of class hip hop beats but that mad future sound ain’t for me. Been at it since he released Yeezus, obviously trying to be innovative and create a new signature style but his old style was much better sounding.

EDIT.. even if it’s his old style, Kanye would be the last * I’d suspect to be producing a full Nas album.

 

Kanye used to be one of the best producers in the late 90s early 2000s in my opinion, that was before his ego took over im assuming, though hes always been a bit of a *. His first albums were pretty good also for the roc, not my style but he had some interesting content. His collaborations with artists in the early 2000s especially, helped him build his reputation as a great producer using some interesting samples, i went off him though when he signed for the roc.
Personally i much prefered his collaborations as a producer than his solo albums.
