That image will be so iconic.
Already a bit of a cult hero. We are all Hatem Abd Elhamed.
Great player but worryingly injury prone so far. Thankfully we have Frimpong there as well for the league games.
Get well soon Abd, we need you.
What are you slabbering about?
Not sure what you're slabbering about. His post is spot on.
The big man has been in & out of the team as keeps picking up small niggles here & there. Good things is we actually have back up.
Go on then, humour me.
How many "injuries" has he had then?
Have a feeling it might be down to the way he plays. The big man puts everything into his tackles. Type of player we've needed for a long time. Fortunately he's no too bad on the ball either.
At us he has had hamstring & groin injuries so far which seem to keep flaring up. It hasn't been noticed as much as we have been able to cover his position & it looks as Lennon is just resting him. As i said these have just been niggles & he would probably be able to play 60 minutes in a game with them but Lennon knows he doesn't need to take the risk.
Thursday is not the first game he has been taken off because he was struggling
Totally agree as he pulled something putting everything into that tackle on Thursday. I love the big man but we are lucky we have other options to cover when he picks these niggles up. Was he not out a bit with injuries before he came to us?
Aye looked a sore one
I'm guessing 4-6 weeks
Do you not watch Celtic?
Hurtem el hamstrings
I wasn't disputing any injuries he's had so far, but in what way is he injury "prone"?
Read the boys post. Injury prone so far. Is that not what he said?
He has had 2 seperate injuries in 3 months here. I would describe that as injury prone so far.
Too early to brand him 'injury prone', unless you have knowledge of his injury record at his previous club.
Right. There's the answer I was looking for.
He's had two....yes TWO minor injuries so far in his very early Celtic career.
Hardly what some moron can class as "injury prone".
Injury prone? The guy played with a hairline fracture in his leg ffs.
