Hes looking good so far, hes looking very good so far. 4 goals in 3 games isnt bad but I wouldnt say he's back to his best just yet, he was at his best during that UEFA cup run where he scored a belter against the scousers but we are definetly seeing a different Hartson from last season..im predicting hes gonna be top scorer in the spl this year.

He has really impressed me over the last few games hes played. I really do hope he keeps it up and maybe Camara and hopefully Junihno will play their hearts out to take Hartsons or Suttons place.

larsson & replace don't and never will go in the same sentence.

could be 20 years before we see the likes again.

or maybe young mcgeedy will save us a few quid.

Depends in what way you're talking about. Replacing the person and legend, not going to happen. Replacing his goal tallies, that's extremely possible in my opinion.

i meant both but still think henke had something special for scoring goals for celtic, of course there are players who could score 30 goals a season but we'd be playing through the nose for them goals plus henke scored some of the most important goals for the club and he wasn't just a goal scorer as you well know.

We will have more legends were famous for breeding them and each legend there was were all completley different football players.

    John's doing well!

Yes, Big John is certainly starting the season off well. I listened to all of the Motherwell game through Celtic Replay and it sounded like he wasn't quite into the swing of things, but then he has scored in both of the last two Celtic games (and twice in each game, too). And don't forget his recent record against the Huns is very good. He seems to love scoring against them (who wouldn't?!). It will be interesting to see how Hartson and Camara do in this match after they were thrown together last weekend due to Chris's injury. And who knows? We may have Juninho supplying them with some good chances against the Forces of Darkness!

Hartson will benefit from being the focus of the team and in that sense can replace Larsson. They were possibly too similar in both being comfortable poachers to play effectively together. Larsson had much more to his game but Hartson will bring his own qualities. He has missed a few good chances this year but so long as he keeps banging them in we wont be complaining too much.
