I can't see any news about it. It could be a deal just done or something messing on wiki. Dunno why they would though. Good move for him and Leeds if true.

Absolutely amazing and disturbing how some people have such short memories. He was a lazy good for nothing waste of a shirt 9 times out of 10 give our youth a chance before brining back this waste of space. It's like the Ambrose thing, people think because he seems like a decent chap thats good enough!!! * *.

 

emmm i think he is about 5x better than the players who were brought in to replace him.

 

We could use his hun skelping next season.

 

Nah.... his performances in Europe and vs the Huns are what's "good enough", better than any of our current squad and most of the players who's played for us in the last 10 years or so in that regard.

Couldn't give a * if he went missing in so many domestic games, he was a big game player who won games on his own.

 

Sammy would have been brilliant on the left yesterday, especially when we went down to 10.

 

D.C. United interested in him i hear, as a kid living in Vancouver, would love to see him over here. though he would rip up defences.

 

We should have brought Sammy home instead of signing Cole. I like Cole and everything but Sammy loves the club and I miss him.

Totally agree, in Europe he was sometimes a one man show and probably only Henrik outdid him in that, although to be fair he certainly didn't have the players that surrounded Henrik, so he probably brought in a shitload of money for us with his European exploits even more so considering what he had around him.

I agree, would have been better than Cole (who I still want to see given a chance), Ciftci (who I think will leave now, but think it's been a quick decision to get rid) and Richards.
