Kings of Leon have lost it.
Great band gone really wrong.
I'd pay twice that to see The National easily, my favourite band right now, from the sound of the 5 songs I've heard about to release their 5th excellent album in a row. Tragically they're not playing anywhere in this country though, I still haven't seen them live, might megabus it down to England for one of their dates there.
Got my ticket for AlterBridge, Halestorm and Shinedown in October, cannot wait!!
Tickets were a birthday present m8 and aslong as they play all their early stuff then should still be a good gig
I would have got tickets if I hadn't went to Murrayfield last year to see them.
Full of absolute and utter jakes, worse than TITP. They themselves were utterly boring as well, about as much charisma as a brick wall.
That's how I ended up with these tickets m8 couldn't get them for murrayfield,so my mum bought me these ones knowing I'd missed out,the gigs right across from where I stay so if there is hunners of jakes il just * off and sit in the garden and listen to it wae a bevvy
Was actually thinking about going down to England to see them aswell. New album out soon plus a film on them called 'mistaken for strangers'. Personally think they will go down in music history as legends. Might start a thread on them to see whoelse is into them.
Got a few gigs coming up in June. Todd Rundgren in Edingurgh, Neil Young (*) in London and then Springsteen in Glasgow.
Went to watch MUSE last saturday at the Etihad Arena ..awesome gig the stage set up was brill ..Good back up with Bastille & Dizzeee Rascal providing the support
Off to see Mogwai playing Zidane 21st century portrait tonight. Will be a strange album to watch live i think, not sure how it will be but very much looking forward to it. Favourite band for a long time and one of the best live acts out there.

Does anyone here remember a band called Senser?
Supporting them tonight at audio....only scottish date their doing.
Can't say I'd heard of them until recently but they seem no bad. Sort of rap/rock/metal.
That was superb. Monkey puzzle, Echo-bass (my band), Psyko Dalek, Senser....
I've got Arctic Monkeys 1st November, Stereophonics 7th November and Beady Eye 10th November.
Quite a busy 10 day period to be honest. I'm not really into Beady Eye but I got the tickets because it's the Barrowlands and every gig I've ever been to has been good there!
Got a night of "goffed up" tunage tonight at Classic Grand. Front Line Assembly (old school industrial), and Je$us Loves Amerika (newer school industrial).
