Luke Sital Singh is doing a tour around a few venues in Scotland.

That's me finally going to get the chance to see him.

Kings of Leon on Monday at the Hydro, hopefully it's like last time and they play loads of their old tunes.

I see Party at The Palace in Linlithgow have announced their lineup. I've never been, but I hear it is a good family friendly festival.

They've got Kaiser Chiefs, Razorlight, Ash, Dodgy, The Lightening Seeds and Amy McDonald.

I think that's a good effort for a little festival. I'll need to check and see if I can make it.

I've done Belladrum the last few years, but last year was really disappointing. The lineup this year started off really badly naming Sister Sledge as the Thursday headliner.

We were looking at Kendal Calling at the Lake District this year, but have noticed they've sold out. They've said to look out for resale tickets coming up later.

They've got the Manic Street Preachers, Stereophonics, Frank Turner, Frightened Rabbit, Editors, Jake Bugg, Slaves, Franz Ferdinand and Bryan Wilson plus plenty more.

Booked tickets to see Sigur Ros in September. Buzzing is an understatement.

Got ticket for Leftfield playing Leftism at the Barras the other day, will be quality. Also bought a couple tickets for Mogwai in December. Seen then a few times but missed their last gig in Glasgow. Think they'll sound pretty amazing in the Hydro.

You find that the gigs where a lot of people have only gone for the sake a few songs are a lot busier. Metal fans I've found tend to come out in droves, get their drinks and go in and enjoy the music. Like Ocean Colour Scene a few months ago, the bars were so busy I'd be amazed if anyone was actually watching what was going on in the arena.

Should have headed to the bar during * On Fire! Or was that the final song.

I went to see them at a festival a couple of years ago, went to the toilet during one of their newer ones, the toilets were on this raised platform made up of like... a bunch of tyres. I stood onto the platform and all this pish that had collected at the bottom from all the various toilets splashed all over my shorts :31:. Had to go back to my tent and change, and in doing so missed Molly's * Chambers, the only Youth & Young Manhood song they played all night. Raging!

I really wish I'd been able to see them in 2007. The first three albums are * near flawless.

Tempted to get a ticket just for the supports, Run The Jewels are one of the best live acts I've ever seen. Not really interested in hearing Eminem shout the wrong Scottish city over a backing track though.

Got tickets for Tycho in June, not so well known I dont think but fans of people like Boards of Canada and Ulrich Schnauss would probably like. Been wanting to catch him for years. Is playing with a band now and it looks quality.
