You have been criticising other teams all your while year for their style of play. Anybody who points out Dublins cynicism is a "bitter *". You should now accept that Dublin also play to win at all costs and not for the greater good of the Gaelic as a spectacle.

I don't agree with the fouling at the end, there was no need for it. Why wouldn't we moan about teams like Donegal who play with nearly every man behind the ball, who actually wants to watch that? Its boring. The bitter * I refer to are most of the lads from the other 31 counties on here. Even though we play better football then any team in the country you still want us to loose, a Dublin win is a win for Gaelic football.

No mo chara the only team I criticised was Donegal I think, I cant stand their style, it's horrible and they got what they deserved against Mayo, a hammering. I never said Dublin were not cynical at times, last minutes of an All Ireland up by a point or two and they foul a player ohh the shame:87: Dublin are the best team in Ireland, deal with it:icon_mrgreen:

    P.S. I never called anyone a *.

I do not begrudge Dublin a win they deserved.

As for the cynicism if it can be done within the rules then it is the fault of the GAA. The problem I have is the treatment Tyrone got and Sean Kavanagh in particular as an * player got at the hands of the media while a blind eye was turned to what happened yesterday.

That is the attitude that makes every one want to see them lose.

    Really!!!!
I dont think one person here has said Dublin did not deserve their win. Just because most non dubs were for Mayo does not mean they cannot accept a Dublin win. Open your eyes and read what people have posted before forming your conclusions.

The treatment Kavanagh was shocking yes but I have to say it came mostly from a fellow Ulster man did it not?

I just watched the sunday game and they were talking about the fouling at the end but it was five minutes or so of a season were Dublin have won the league, Leinster and All Ireland by playing good attacking football. You seem to be concentrating on five minutes of a season.

Joe Brolly is a * who has been sitting in a RTE studio in Dublin for far too long.
    He has caught the disease.

    A soup taker.

Cynical is cynical whenever it occours. The game yesterday was the only time they needed to be cynical. Dublin deserved their victory but to imply that Dublin only embody what is good in football is a fallacy. So enjoy your victory but remember your team has the win at all costs attitude that every other team has.

Of course they do and if they didn't Id be going mad. Every championship team needs a nasty element to their game.

    No.
Natural footballers have always been from Kerry.
A win for Gaelic would be Kerry winning it if you are using that analysis.

That's not taking away from Dublin, the where probably the most well rounded team in the country this season and deserved to win it.

About the best footballing team, there is not much between Dublin, Kerry and Mayo. The first 65 minutes from Kerry in the semi was amazing stuff, just ran out of steam and Mayo against Donegal was just superb, one of the best performances I have ever seen.

To be fair there does seem to be a bit of a chip on the shoulder mind set from some guys when it comes to Dublin.

Can't stop watching highlights of past all-Ireland finals after yesterday. Say it every year but I really do want to watch more often.

What's the average crowds like over there, any of you genuine fans?:50:
