    Thats actually not true, only the outer shell can't be digested, the innards of the corn is digested and is fairly nutritious. The reason you'll see some in yer * is cause digested/part digested corn (cause youve not chewed it) looks similar to the undigested version

    watched a program years ago about a Japanese chef who spent years perfecting a beef broth, and he wanted to make this broth so pure that it eventualy looked like fresh water but with a full on beef taste, and his restaurant was 1 table in his front room which could only accomodate 2 people. sold nothing else and the place was booked a year in advance.
    now that is utterly pointless food.
