There’s actually quite a good article about this by Craig Swan in the Daily Ranger today.
We have won the league regardless of when we play them. They will want to beat us and we will want to beat them just as much no matter how soon after the split we play.

I hate the way they are talking about a "title decider" anyway. If we lose against them, they still wont win the league no mater when the games played, unless we have a massive collapse and its the last game of the season with say two points between us.

THE SPFL have announced the post-split fixtures, with Celtic facing Hibernian at Easter Road on Saturday, April 21, knowing that victory in the capital will secure a seventh consecutive Premiership title.

The following Sunday, April 29, the Hoops play host to Rangers in what will be the final Glasgow derby of the season, while on Sunday, May 6, Brendan Rodgers’ side return to Edinburgh, this time to take on Hearts at Tynecastle.

Celtic's Premiership campaign concludes with consecutive home games – Kilmarnock on Wednesday, May 9 and then Aberdeen on Sunday, May 13.

Celtic are currently 13 points ahead of their nearest rivals at the top of the table, with five games remaining.

    POST-SPLIT FIXTURES

    - Saturday, April 21: Hibernian v Celtic (KO: 12.30pm)
    - Sunday, April 29: Celtic v Rangers (KO: 12noon)
    - Sunday, May 6: Hearts v Celtic (KO: 12.15pm)
    - Wednesday, May 9: Celtic v Kilmarnock (KO: 7.45pm)
    - Sunday, May 13: Celtic v Aberdeen (KO: 12.30pm)

Least we get a night game.

I'd never want Celtic to lose. Though Rangers misery is like heroin I think we should all take a deep breath here.

Lose what, against hibs to set up a champion winning game against the huns. Come on to * now. Think back to when the last time we needed a win against them to win the league whether its this new scummy team or the old *. Its the games that well talk about years later. Remember that game we royally * the huns to win the league, the atmosphere and all the madness that came along with it. The red cards and watching them hun scum * walking out of that stadium early and there team walking off that park humiliated or turn up to easter road, beat hibs and have a wee party. Give your head a shake ffs! Its what football is about!!

Its neil lennons hibs though and itll give hibs 3 points on them * in the run in and hopefully the scum will finish 4th behind aberdeen and hibs. FS our league is * keek, least give us a spectical to win it ffs. I cant get my head around why anyone wouldnt want this game against the huns for us to win the league. What in the name of good * are yous thinking. Even these games are getting monotonous now ffs, throw in something extra to put some life back into them.

If it went as it should've we would've been beating the Huns first game after the split for the title..

It's all been weasly sorted for them. Had to sandwich our game in the middle because we would win it first against them and flag day and gave their 2 hardest away game's other than us as the 2 last game's when it possibly might no even matter..

I don't want them finishing second but I also don't think I want us losing at the expense of helping Hibs. Whilst Lenny is there or it's Hibs, I couldn't really care less about helping them out for any of those reason's....although it would be funny Lenny pipping them to second for the outrage that would follow..

In the grand scheme of thing's anyway, 2nd or 4th isn't any difference bar pennies as they all get in to the qualifiers..

Get it won away at Hibs then have a full week of rubbing the Huns’ noses in it and have them absolutely dreading coming to Celtic Park the following weekend to witness our 90 minutes of celebrations.

    * Hibs and * the huns. Let them sort their * battle for 2nd place out between them. I want us to win all 5 games left. We owe Hibs and Hearts a doing, the huns at home of course and Kilmarnock are due a pumping off us after the last meeting.

No favours for anyone. Just get them all pumped.

I can see the point in people saying who cares who we play to win it, but i'm more of the mind that i'd rather have as many as our supporters who pay the hard earned cash for season tickets in our own ground than a wee dod stuck in a corner in someone elses. We deserve to get as many of our supporters at home as we can to see us win it. If it's against the servile scum then even better. Also if we give Lenny a wee hand into the bargain we are all winning.
