    The Upside.

It’s based on the French film, The Intouchables, which is a great film. This adaption of it is an enjoyable watch, despite a lot of loud criticism surrounding it.

Another one I thought would be pure * but it had some good laughs. A fan of Jason Bateman though.

7/10 and a decent watch...very much a mix between the Cohen brothers and Tarantino if you like that kinda movie.

    Inconceivable

It’s not got high ratings but I enjoyed it...reminded me of a couple of thrillers like ‘unlawful entry ‘ back in the day.

Upgrade . Never heard of this before watching, expected a 6 or 7 out of 10 but it's easily a 9/10. It has twists you think you see coming but you don't, great action too. Haven't been surprised by a movie like this in along time.

Green Book, I thought it was superb. Best film I’ve watched in a long time.

I just watched the first one in the past week. Didn’t know anything about it but I enjoyed it. Will try and see the second one before this comes out.

@Minty @Gyp Rosetti if you guys like John Wick, then definitely check out Atomic Blonde. Similiar impressive action sequences (may be the same D of P or fight choreographer), with a vastly better storyline.

Hope you don't mind me asking Taz but aren't you blind? Do you watch films with audio description?

Glass - I thought it was great. Brilliant sequel to Split.

    Anyone watched Roma?

It’s on Netflix and is going to win allsorts of awards but don’t fancy trying it if it’s going to be as I suspect, arty farty.

I’ve looked at it and thought it’s the type of film folk will say they like but sat yawning through because it has some deep meaning that only hipster film buffs think they get.

    The Shining

Great film. Tense from early doors and the tension just builds and builds. The setting is incredible and Jack Nicholson...unreal in it. Love the score as well.
