    Black 47. VGood. I'd give it a 7.
A few arseholes that I know who seen it, didn't like it. I do think they are the type that would love to brush the whole era, under the carpet.
If you read reviews. You'll know its obviously hard to make a film on a historical genoside.
I do think this film hits well in trying to keep the viewer eeerm, entertained? and be educational That's of course, if you didnae know anything about it!!
Some great wee pointers in it. So yeah, a good 7.
Now, have to watch my Toiseach wearing a poppy in the Dail in the next few wks...!!

Great film watched it last night, and anyone wanting pointers on the starvation of the Irish should read Tim Pat Coogan’s The Famine Plot.

Went to see it when it first came out and I'd give it about an 8/10 rating, well worth the watch.

My only gripe would be that it came across as a bit like an Irish 1800's version of Rambo. :giggle1:

Good twist in it, and I hope he murdered that * at the end instead of going to America.

Well he murdered just about every other * in the film :giggle1:

Should have put a "spoiler alert" in there maybe :97:

The Nun. Jesus *, utter lot of * nonsense.

You’d think in this day and age, they’d either figure out how to make a decent horror movie with all the technology available, or just go back to * basics, when horrors where genuinely creepy as
*. Or dare I say it, horrifying :giggle1:

These big modern Universal horrors are absolute mince and there’s a converyor belt of them being made at the moment. Nothing more than money grabbing *.

Bohemian Rhapsody, I really enjoyed it however I do get the complaints online that it doesn't delve deep enough into Freddie getting Aids and being gay and things like that. Still I thought everyone in it was fantastic. Made me want to go watch the Live Aid performance again
