Watchable but seemed a bit all over the place, kept waiting for it to get going but never really did.

Watched Scream 1 & 2 and Halloween 1 & 2 over the past couple of days.

The Scream films do much more for me. Love the blend of horror and comedy. It knows what type of film it is and has fun with it...but still has some scary moments. The characters (Sidney, Dewey and Gale) are all excellent as well.

Thought Halloween 2 was better than the first. Not as boring. Albeit Jamie Lee Curtis probably speaks about a dozen words he entire film, which doesn't help.

    Ghostbusters 2016 version.

Probably the worst film I've ever seen. Don't even think I'm exaggerating.

Melissa McCarthy etc that whole gang of women comics...please jump aff a bridge.

    It (2017)

Meh. The child actors were all pretty good and I like the small town vibe, but it just wasn't scary. One jump scare got me, but the entire film was based around jump scares. Became so predictable and therefore not scary about 30 minutes in.

Pennywise was more funny than scary. Think Tom Curry's version was far better.

Speaking of Halloween have you seen the trailer for the new one coming out this year? Oh my jesus it looks * good.

It has John Carpenter who directed the original. Jamie Leigh Curtis back as the main role, and Nick Castle playing Michael Myers, he played Michael Myers in 1978 original too. Looks * class.
