Expectations in Europe

Can’t believe someone as negative as you would have been confident of progression.

We met them this year but it was not great at all.
Will never really be able to gauge what we should expect given brendans limita.. philospohy.

 

Teams like Rosenborg and Maribor spend a fraction of what we do and play in equally * and one sided leagues. We should really be at step above of those and not at same level.

 

Expectations met, but doesn't leave you feeling inspired and hopeful as a fan.

 

Astana spent more than us..

I’m just saying our expectations have been met or surpassed..

These are the facts..

 

If Astana spent more than us this says more about our board than anything else.

My expectations were not losing more than once in the group stage and not be a walkover for any team that isnt deep into crisis and managerless or in their first game of the season.

The manner of our defeats are honking. Not even the fans of the three football powerhouses we mentioned here would be happy with that.

But it also tells you we have no * given right to be in the CL.

 

We dont. At the same point the board and coaching staff are too happy with very little.

It's honestly disrespectful to have 40k season ticket holders, paying an outrageous amount, more than most Bundesliga teams, and feed them this crap. It's really questionable where the money is going

 

Would like to see proof they have as I doubt it. I mind folk said the same about Sion but it was bollocks. We spend a decent amount of money relative to other teams from small leagues

 

According to transfermarkt they never, and we certainly pay more in wages.

 

Make it to the group's hope to get a better draw and hope to finish third.

That's about it, in saying that we will be lucky to get into the group' next season with this season and the penny pinching * in Charge.

 

Think their owner is worth about 70billion.. and runs all the the Gas and oil for the state.. I know they loan a lot of players tho, so it’s hard to guage..

I expected us to go through tonight.I also expected us to put ourselves in the best possible position to compete and the last two transfer window we didn't bother signing a keeper or any defender of note so my expectations have not been met
