Think he had one good game against Dundee. Barcelona performance was up there with the worst I've ever seen though...and zenit away was appalling as well.

 

This tells me that he was brought in to challenge Gordon, and it worked. Not a wasted signing in that regard.

 

Seems like a lovely guy but can't say I'll miss De Vries if he goes.

That Killie goal he conceded from about 40 yards and the second Zenit goal still give me nightmares. Genuinely would've been easier for him to save it than just flapping about in mid-air.

 

The Zenit goal was maybe the worst goalkeeping in the history of the club, 90%+ of the people on this forum would have saved that shot. A trained goalkeeper flapping at it like it was a bullet fired at him, disgraceful. Never deserved to play for us again after that.

 

Wee Jay would’ve saved it.

Don't understand the hate this guy is getting? Okay it didn't work out for him and made some mistakes but he also had a number of half decent games and he always spoke really we'll about us.

As someone said on here a year or more back, a great notice and quote, not exact words but along the lines of

Then Barca away and was it Caley away directly after...* poor from a long ranger through his fingers. Those flakey fingers were something that would keep happening when he was in. Zenit away was the final nail and was speechless at what he was parrying, nevermind letting through him..

Was brought in to be number 1 and we all saw early on that he was never that. His kicking composure was way way overrated..

jesus so he is probably on at least 8 grand a week to be our 3rd/4th goalkeeper, people moan about derk boerigters 12 grand a week contract, yet we are wasting at least 5x that amount in wages a week. Him, Biton, Hayes, Gamboa, Compper, Kouassi, Allan, Benyu all getting paid a wage for doing * all, could also add Benkovic and Arzani will be included in that list soon.
