    I never really took to him, sometimes he'd look good getting into the box but for me was too side-aways passes and passing the buck for me.

    One of those players who to truly appreciate you need to be at the game.

    He used to put in so much work off the ball.

    I'm not sure he's what this team needs tho.

    Ledley didn't always get the credit he deserved probably because he went about his business without fuss. He was always in position and was amazing at breaking the oppositions play and starting ours off. I was at the game he scored the header to put us in front of the Huns in the league. And to miraculously to mend a broken leg and put in a great tournament for Wales is what the big guy is all about.

    He played great at ball retention which is a big thing here now.
    Very rarely gave the ball away, great engine, great late runs into the box, great at covering for full backs.
    Obviously it was a few years ago, but I bet he still has it.

    he looks to have a lot less fitness now/ seems his legs have gone a bit compared to at celtic whenever i have seen him. I know he's only 30 but doesn't seem as effective these days
