    I'm not sure what Danny Ward people calling him pish, * ect. watched last year with Aberdeen, but the one I was watched was spectacular for them. Kept them in many games against us and made the October game a respectable 3-1 whe Griff could've had 4-5. He's only 23, has proven he can be a top SPL keeper, has EPL experience with Liverpool, and has previous experience with Rodgers.

    If this is a loan move, no way. Bailly and Fasan can give Gordon a decent enough challenge. Even if they can't, I'm comfortable with Gordon as our #1 until we can find a permanent challenge/long term #1. If we can get Ward on a permanent deal, I'm all for it. I thought in his time at Aberdeen he was the best keeper in the league by a good margin and I think he'd be a great buy for us both now and long term.

    Exactly, He was amazing for Aberdeen last season, the * calling him pish are nothing short of clueless.

    I am though not comfortable with Gordon as our number one, he's untrustworthy and completely suspect, I rate ward highly - I see a Boruc level in him. Once again I have to come back to the ill-informed comments on him, completely baffling - Fantastic Keeper.

    Apparently Bailly broke his ankle, so I guess this link makes more sense now. Not sure he would want to back up Gordon anyway. Not sure why Liverpool would agree to send him on loan where he won't get many games.

    so a keeper who liverpool have just signed up for another 5 years, and who chris coleman had no concerns about chucking into wales first international tournament match in 58 years.....isnt anywhere good enough for us :97:

    the guy is a good keeper, showed that at aberdeen and in the slovakia match and he has plenty of potential to develop further. if he wasnt being tied down to liverpool for so long then id take him on a permanent deal. not keen on a loan deal though. we need to bring in someone permanent who can hold down the spot for a number of years
