    Go then?

Gordon is nowhere near as bad as you make out.

Don't forget that we have a first class goalkeeping coach... lets just see if the undoubted potential C. Gordon has can be developed.

If FF is sold at short notice then we do need cover. Concentration is always going to be crucial for a celtic keeper.. i will wait and see how things develop.

Always liked Gordon as a keeper. Rated him very highly and really is a sucks about his injuries. If he can stay fit we've got a cracking keeper if he can reach the form he previously had.
Looking at him in interviews he's really lost a power of weight and looking well. If he can get match fit, and more importantly sharpness, then I see no problem with him at Celtic. If Forster leaves, and I hope he doesn't, then we've got a good keeper. Been spoiled with keepers recently (mainly boruc and Forster...where Forster was "raw" and turned out brilliant) so bringing in a keeper of real class will always be hard. But as I said if Gordon can reach near his previous level then I'm fine with that.

But we should be looking for a young keeper still to stick with our signing policy. Can see Zaluska leaving tbh.

This is a fantastic first signing by Deila as Craig Gordon is a world class goalkeeper on his day, and if our goalkeeping guru Stevie Woods is satisfied with Gordon's fitness and he has passed all the rigorous medicals, then that will do for me.

Not just Forster he has to contend with judging by the look of Fasan. Only 1 friendly but he showed great promise.

Never seen much of Gordon in the EPL in any game he played in but at Hearts and in a Scotland jersey he was top quality. Single handedly kept Scotland in some games or kept the score respectable. But that was on his day, I fear he will never get back to that level.

Qaulity for Sunderland too, If he's on form hes very hard to put a ball past. Was a great keeper before he was injured, could be a very good signing for us if we can get him match sharp, not just match fit.

Good move for me, a brilliant goalie that just needs to get his fitness back.

I love big Fraser, but 8 million for any goalie is good business.
