Would've been hunted long ago if i had my way. The last straw being no celebrating the last minute winner at the diets. In fact I don't think he ever celebrates against them. No even in the final either..

Even in Sweden all the player's dancing over with the away support at full time. Guess who's standing behind face tripping him? Yep, got it in one..

He was doing commentary in pre season and he was overly critical when some player's were making the odd mistake..

Never hold his hand's up for anything either. What a cheek..

 

Absolute * was only thinking it the other day he always has the face of a victim on him... as in like looks like a spoiled child that's going to cry all the time. No goals were ever his fault. Remember him in an interview last season maybe after a stinker talking about the match and how they should've defended better. Poison. Fair enough his first attempt had struggled with saving the ball. He was a good guy though. Never moaned. Plus it's no his fault Barcelona etc kept shooting knuckle balls at him. Selfish *.

Then he replaced him with a Dundee level keeper with qaulity feet. Again Rodgers was never the best at any type of defensive player not one.

Even lennons came in and got a top qaulity keeper as you can see that's what we are missing.

Even the days we never lossed at home in europe our keepers would manage to keep the ball out with the skin from there bare * somehow. Saves so good we would permanently declare we have easily top 10 keeper in the world.

Forster in goal vs psg that day and it wouldn't be 7 anyway.

 

That interview didn't help his cause. And I thought he was an OK keeper.

 

Still did nets the day Barca beat us 6-1. Let's not act like it was any individuals faults for those type of scorelines.

To be fair I think he was just talking about the keepers, so it's him Forster, Bain and Hazard he is referring to, not the players in general.

 

He still doesn’t talk for any player except for himself the greeting faced toly

 

Get the feeling this interview is to try and push a quick exit out the door.

Get him off the wage bill.

I don't disagree with that, but reading his quote in full he names the keepers before saying it's a difficult situation for the players to deal with, so I think he is meaning the keepers. And I get where he is coming from, as it's not just him, look at Hazard, he's likely thinking this is my chance to make a mark with Bain out, next minute he is 3rd choice again and likely be 4th choice in a couple of weeks. He's probably feeling pretty low just now.
