    His performances for us in Europe were outrageous. His link up was incredible.

    Obviously Larsson is our all-time top scorer in Europe, but most of Sutton’s performances were exceptional. Stuttgart away being one of them! Ajax, too.

    I believe they were both perfectly utilised and we wouldn’t have got half the results without both in the side. Watch back on their link up play and movement off the ball, can’t have one without the other.

    I got Sutton on the back of away 2002/03 top as I loved him so much. Even when he filled in defensively or dropped into midfield the shifts he put in were excellent.

    Wouldn’t put him ahead of Henrik though, Big Rab however...

    Larsson was obviously the better footballer but I just think Sutton was the ideal man to have in an away game in Europe.
