    I'm so tempted. For an extra tenner I'll have overnights in London, but I have family there so I'll get a free bed for the night. Glasgow - London on Monday, stay the night. London to Amsterdam on the Tuesday. Amsterdam to London on the Thursday, stay the night. Back to Glasgow on the Friday. Long trip suitable broken up and £20. Cheap hostel for the 2 nights in Amsterdam and its a cheap as * trip!

    I think you can book it seperately from Glasgow. Glasgow to London for £1, then London to Amsterdam for £1. Check seperate journeys.

    When i typed Manchester - Amsterdam it told me £25 each way (so £50). When i split it up it was the £1 journeys.

    Even so, £10.50 to get to Amsterdam and back.

    Get it booked. One of the cheapest you'll get that's for sure :56:

    Where is everyone staying in Amsterdam ? Got some mates staying on the Amstel Botel but a couple of the guys I am going with don't seem to fancy that much as it is a bit out of the town.

    I'm in the Inner Hotel. Not even had a chance to check it out or it's location but it's cheap which is no.1 for me on this trip!

    Gonna book a ferry to Amsterdam tomorrow. Haven't got a ticket for the game, but if I can't get one there I'll still have a good time.

    Will be my first time travelling abroad with Celtic so I'm hoping I can get one.

    Each journey is £1. So £1 to London from Manchester, and £1 from London to Amsterdam, and it's the same return.

    .50 is the booking fee.

    fair play Scunny8, we went by bus the last time we played ajax. brilliant laugh going because it was a local pub bus and plenty of booze but on the way back it was a nightmare just wanted to get home!!
    suppose for £4.50 you cant really complain tho!!

    Bit of a significant difference in going over on a supporters bus and going over on a megabus where you'll be in with Joe Public. Can't think of anything worse - surely at this point saving a few bob becomes secondary?!?!
