    He wont get a fair chance in the first team. Just like Nathan Aké being called back from loan as they wanted to give him a fair chance. They just laugh at our 6 million bid as it just spare change to them.

    I think the way Chelsea fans have been talking about him they think he will be around the first team next season.

    I think we can write this off as a signing, at best we could get him on loan.

    Nathan Ake fkn £20m, he played half a season with Bournemouth and was on the bench. And the guy from Moana from.City to Huddersfield for £10m.

    Can't get my head around this rumour.

    For some reason, about 4 different papers in one night had us in for him. Boyata then says Musonda was up here watching one of our games and said he liked our style of play. Then we apparently have Musonda's brother saying Charly is wanting to stay and fight for his place...then he's given a squad number for the upcoming season.

    Part of says it's a completely made up rumour but then why was he up here for one of our matches months ago?

    Perhaps wasn't given assurances at the time of his future at Chelsea.

    Could have been now told he has a chance to at least impress over the summer, but still no chance of him ever making the final squad IMO.

    Leaving open a potential move to us. Definitely something in it as even when Rodgers was asked he didn't dismiss it.
