    Charlie’s at it again. Up in court today for attacking Prison Governor because he thought he was preventing him seeing his own wedding photos. In court he asked for a sing song, insulted jurors and told them to hurry up as he didn’t want to miss his fish and chips. He will break the system before it breaks him.

    Poor *. Hes the way he is because he wont bow down to the system, so they keep poking the bear. Hes never killed, raped, molested kids. A lot of the people hes done in jail have been kiddy fiddlers/child killers. And of course yhe screws. Whenever hes due for parole they take his art materials from him to get a reaction from him, which usually happens. Changer his name to charles salvador after the artist. 2000 press-ups at a time is impressive, but what else u goni do when your stuck in solitary for 23 hours a day

    Read his exercise book "Solitary Fitness" a few years ago. Basically tells you how to get fit without any equipment. Am sure it started off with how to drink your own * and give yourself an enema. And no, i didnt try it haha

    His books good man read it if you like a jail book it's quality. Got solitary fitness as well he's well s skooled on training as well did a power of press ups.
