That is actually a very valid point. Pepe was a nutjob but he didn't hide it. Ramos always with the innocent face. He tried to wipe Messi out of a game once and I think he got sent off but he was raging saying he didn't do anything. I'm sure Messi only escaped injury cause he was sharp enough to avoid most of the challenge.

I always thought Ramos was just a complete scumbag. Last few seasons I have beeen forced to agree he is a complete scumbag and a very good defender.

He tries to smash Messi every single El Classico.

He is a complete and utter anti-footballer. Anyone suggesting he should be called the best anything, other than *, is a proponent of Hun like football.

My *, I've known for many years Messi gets fouled a lot and it annoys me when folk say oh Pele and Maradona played when everyone was breaking legs and I'm thinking Billy McNeill, in one of the toughest positions on the field nearly played every single game for us and George Best and Denis Law didn't get their legs broken.

But I didn't realise Ramos targetted him so relentlessly. That is why I think Madrid at the highest level sanction this 'tactic' because no reasonable club would allow a player to behave like that.

The reason Messi hasn't ended up like Van Basten and had his career ruined by challenges like that is because you'll notice in a few it's his sharp mind and feet that save him from the full force of Ramos trying to clear him out. That one were the ball goes out of play on the byline and he * boots him round the waist, how can anyone possibly say it was not predetermined?

It must wind him up something rotten when Messi eludes his savagery because he's really trying his best to take him out of the game in those clips.

I don't like Madrid but seeing things like that just makes it worse, they have all the riches in the world and can buy nearly any player they want and they resort to that *? It's embarrassing. They should be ashamed of themselves but they won't give a * cause they, for some mystery of the universe, have got lucky the last few years winning every CL, like when that * scored in the last 4 minutes against Atletico. Then Barca getting humped by Roma. The path just opened up for them. I don't begrudge them their titles, I just despise everything about them.

I hope Bale gets out of there sharpish. He's too good a player to be ignored as much as he is.

Karius isn't the greatest keeper around but tbf, he isn't "make 2 huge mistakes in a European Cup final" bad.

Maybe if he didn't have the head injury he'd not have made those blunders. Who knows. Ramos is a * of the highest order either way.

Yea that isnt an excuse, 26/30 brain scans all conclusively show he had a concussion. you dont want to * about with concusions, if you dont get it seen to you can end up with permanent brain damage or bleeding in the brain. If anyone has had a concusion will be able to tell you you dont know you have one, even when your body isnt working properly.

I got one playing rugby , the only thing i noticed was a funny taste and everything had an 'aura' around it lucky other people noticed my * balance and gibberish for sentences. that was a mild one.

I'm not buying that excuse. If he was in a such bad condition, he should have told his Coach to take him off. he also managed to make a few saves as well. it might have affected him, but put the blame solely on that is very convenient.

he's just never been a good keeper and chocked in the biggest game of his life.

Aye took them 5 days to decide to do the tests and even then it 'may' have affected his performance and they can'y say when it happened. * probably tried to get out of the car without opening the door when he got to the hospital. Sutton is right that does him no favours. He can only put it right on the pitch.

So, a fortnight later he went to a country where you can pay the Quacks to say whatever you WANT them to say, and they come up with the suggestion that he received a concussion... partly based on REVIEWING GAME FOOTAGE!!!

    Load of embarrassing * *!

I felt a wee bit sorry for the lad before. Sympathy. Gone.

I have another 'theory' (and I don't even have a degree). He * up spectacularly for the first goal and his head turned to utter mince thereafter giving him the mannerisms of Goram the morning after a bender!
