It really should have been a yellow card to Broony and a yellow card to Neymar for feigning injury. All these guys who go up remonstrating with the ref should be booked too, or the ref can reverse the decision to the other team and if they keep it up, they get a ten yard penalty. It would soon clear this mess up.

But there is no common sense applied. Like the Barca players are saying Neymar was stamped on, the linesman saw something, the ref saw a free-kick. All he would have to do is go and have a look at Neymar, because if he had been stamped on their would have been stud marks. No stud marks would show the ref, he's a greeting faced wee twerp that is worried his team aren't gonna win without an advantage. At that point he gets yellow, if he remonstrates he gets red.

It's high time refs started sending guys off for feigning injury, but without looking at the player, it's hard to tell.

I agree. He obviously doesn't know how to restrain himself.

Paddy, did Brown aim a kick at Neymar after he fouled him?

Unacceptable getting your captain sent off in the hardest game of the year. What kind of message does that send to the team you're leading? Playing against Barcelona is difficult enough with 11 men let alone 10, Brown should know that. The kick was stupidity. We ALL KNEW Neymar is a diving wee * before the game, all the players would be told that too if they didn't already know, for Brown to kick a player who is arguably the biggest diver in the game right now, is absolute stupidity.

Then that's intent, unfortunately, and as such is an offence worthy of a red.

Been having an argument with a Chelski Hun sympathiser who claims he could hear sectarian singing from our fans on Tuesday. I was at the match and didn't hear anything, anyone else hear any ?

We could sing a Corrs song and the erseholes would see it as sectarian.

Did he just say "Sectarian singing" or did he elaborate ? Presumably he knows what he heard.

I watched the game on ITV and never heard any.

I know , he's a *, it was just in case I missed something ! Guy has obviously got Hun feelings. Guy knows my missus from way back, she posted a pic I sent her on Tuesday night of my seat view, saying she was jealous I was there. He comes back with "I thought you had more class" So I rip intae him with half the size stadium, half the fans, a Russian bankrolled history and an atmosphere like a morgue ! If that's class ye can keep it ! Bitter * comes back with his Sectarian bile comment ! * !

Someone really needs to make an 'explaining sectarianism to a hun' video....

It was still a red for me and my mind will not be changed..

So because he was * at catching him it should have just been a booking, yeah right..

If he ran the way he was going he would have picked up a booking and no one would have batted an eyelid, the fact his foot motions towards the player however aggressive it was it was a fresh air swipe aimed towards that diving *..

I'm still sure the ref alone made the decision but was just very slow on the uptake because he'd already had the yellow out..
