So far 10 goals and 7 different scorers. I'm always confident we have someone who can hit the back of the net.

We’re no longer under Rodgers. Set pieces being scored is one big sign of that.

a champions league group campaign will do wonders for our team and this group of players, playing good quality expensively built teams will be brilliant for our young stars, where they learn to play their football bravely against teams that can and will hurt you, learn how not to allow these rich clubs like psg e.t.c. to get into our heads and cause us to not perform

i really feel if we can strengthen in some key areas we could really do well in teh champions league

    hail hail

We'll still get skelpt in CL by the big lads, but who * cares? It won't be the 6 and 7s we got under Ratgers, you can be * sure of that.

If we get there though, it'll be huge for us. Noone sold, best possible in, money in the coffers... brilliant for the first team. PLUS we'll get our youths into the underage CL, which gives us the best chance to keep them in our development setup and in line to continue the conveyor belt...

I said before the game that I'd love us to do them, and finish the round in the first leg. Boy did we deliver on that... brilliant to get some positive wind in the sails this early in! :ynwacelti

I didn’t think he looked good last round thought he had a good delivery, hoping he improves but still has to gel with the team

    Yep.

A bigger sign is Lennon is the manager, but the set piece thing is a big clue too..

They weren’t any worse than Rosenberg who we struggled
a know eddy didn’t score but thought some of the link up play with Griffiths was excellent

Would persevere with 2 up front, love Griffiths but was never a fan of your centre forward taking corners, so was good to know when Griffiths took the corners tonight you still had a main striker in the box

Griffiths played but got motm for sentiment , Christie dominated from start to finish

Good stuff tonight, keeper and some of our finishing kept it to single figures. Be good to give some guys who haven't played as much some time next week too.

You reckon mate any time we play Rosenberg they sit in deep, set up stall well
And we’ve struggled to break them down
Reckon with that type of performance we would’ve battered Rosenberg 4 or 5 nil tonight

Great result killed the tie Hail Hail. What a free kick from Griffiths and Christie was class.

No sure about 4 or 5 but we would have beaten them for sure.

Rosenborg are a step up from this lot mate, aye. There’s a reason we were 1/100 to qualify before a ball was kicked.

Aberdeen would pump Kalju. They were absolutely abysmal.:giggle1:

Rosenborg are leagues ahead of them.
