Forrest was poor? And Brown? Were you watching the same game as me?

Anyone got any idea what the banner the green brigade were holding up at half time was about , just seen "Celtic and Dortmund fans ", then something in German?

would really like motherwell to go down, a horrible team who do not offer much at all, in the end an easy 3 points.

I would take a 2-0 win any day of the week, and it restores our 27 point lead.
Maybe Celtic felt sorry for Motherwell and their Ex Celtic player at getting panned by seven goals, and took their foot off the gas pedal subconsciously. You know, didn't want to rub salt into their wounds.

Starts at the top. McGhee exudes negativity and it comes through from his players on the pitch.

He's good technically, good engine on him, good wee passer and decent goal threat, decent option to have in the squad but I do agree we have better options.

Forrest was good, Boyata and Lustig were comfortable, would say a few performances were more quiet/within themselves as opposed to poor. Still a comfortable win. Next.

Forrest wasn't apart from the goal which he took really well. How many pishy floaty crosses did he put in to nobody? After three or four I thought he might put a couple in with pace but he just persisted with it all game. Boyata's passing was * horrific minus one cross field pass and he looked like he had lost a bit of confidence. Lustig's final ball was horrendous but defensively he was solid. Bitton was shocking in the middle, gave the ball away countless times. Brown started ok but then reverted to slowing everything down, taking unnecessary touches and passing everything backwards and sideways until late on. Henderson was rightly taken off at half time.

Individually there were very few decent performances today, which is fair enough there's bound to be the odd game like this, like I said I'm not trying to be overly negative but in terms of analysing todays game I thought we were really poor in most areas of the park.

Well a very sloppy performance and too slow at times, special mention to Bitton for showing a few glimpses of class then having an absolute howler, once he mishit the pass he tried pull out of Rodgers just turned around and told McGregor to get stripped, 30 mins too late though.
Dembele and Forrest were excellent but too many missed chances, Dembele could of easily had a hat-trick. Sinclair was anonymous until the last 30 mins when he burst into life.
Armstrong not near fit enough or sharp enough yet.

Just remember the name Cassidy, what an absolute spineless * of a ref, first yellow on a tackle that could of ended Tierney's career.

Standing section were * amazing :notworthy
