I would have been tempted to rest some players with the Anderlecht game coming in midweek, but the game tonight was a bit too close for comfort, so hopefully we'll see a strong lineup - something along these lines:

    Gordon
    Sviatchenko Boyata Šimunović
    Forrest Armstrong Brown McGregor Tierney

    Rogić

    Griffiths
I'd like to see Eboué and Ntcham get some game time too.
I don't know if the game is on TV back home or not.

I would start Kouassi ahead of Armstrong and maybe Ntcham ahead of McGregor and let him be free but otherwise looks a good side!

I'd start Eduarde over Griff. If Dembele isn't fit then there is no reason to risk Griff in this game. Rest him and have him ready to do the business against Anderlecht.

I'm still gonna call for De Vries to start as well, it's an ideal game for him to get a look. Maybe give Ajer a go as well.

I guess we've got to start getting used to playing without Brown and Kouassi and Ntcham are hungry.

Think we should be looking to leave Lustig out he's played a lot of games. Brown and Forrest are both very important for Tues too. As is KT but can't see BR leaving out Brown, Lustig and KT.

We should be looking to use our squad for this game. But would play Griff from start get him as amongst the goals again.

Ntcham should be in ahead of Armstrong. Plenty of energy last night as usual from Armstrong but he looked quite tired late on and his passing was poor in patches of the game.

Would also be tempted to go with Edouard as well. Thought he got involved well when he came on last night and didn't hide which would have been easy given the fact he's barely played and we were chasing a goal to keep a historic unbeaten run intact. But with Motherwell being their usual hatchet-men style selves, it would be a bit unfair to throw him into the type of game it could be. So would go Griffiths.

One player I could see doing well in this type of game is Hayes. Worth giving him a shot here in my opinion. If it goes * up, Sinclair off the bench to slot away another "dubious" penalty :57:

    Gordon
    Lustig Jozo Boyata Tierney
    Brown Ntcham
    Forrest McGregor Hayes
    Griffiths

    3-0 to the Invincibles.

I'd rest two players maximum and sub two European starters with 20 mins to go, depending on how the game is going. They'll feel confident about an upset but if we turn up, we'll win.

I fancy us to give them a hammering in this. Their keeper won't have another game like last night and on the wider pitch we should be able to find more space.

Starting XI: De Vries, Lustig, Boyata, Jozo, Tierney, Brown, Ntcham, Rogic, Sinclair, Forrest, Griffiths

    Prediction: 4-0

Don't want the side weakened too much. Think it's about time we started performing better in the league. I know we're unbeaten but that's a few draws, and for the most part our performances haven't been at the level of last season.

Freshening the team up doesn't necessarily weaken it tho. Ntcham, Kouassi, Gamboa, Ajer, Sviatchenko, Hayes, Edouard, Johnston & Miller should all be ready to go and eager to please. I'm not advocating playing them all but wouldn't mind seeing three of them start..

This is the easiest game of the 3, expect them to be soundly placed back in their box.

Most dangerous for our players though, they’re * seething and have always been a dirty bastarding team. With Anderlecht in mind I’d be protecting our most important players

Don’t think you’ll see anything like the aggression they’ve shown so far in the previous 2 games at Parkhead, naturally.

One consequence of this wee 3 game mini-competition is the atmosphere at the weekend should be brilliant and for me I think they’ll be turned over convincingly.

Don’t think we’ll make major changes either, 2 or 3 again.

Ntcham and Edouard to start for me don't want to risk Griffiths before Anderlecht maybe rest Jozo as well with his recent injury record. Expect to win this one might be another dull game but they've been * the last two games and not offered very much we just need to be more clinical.

Might be right mate, I can remember something similar against Dundee United under Lenny, was 4 games in short order I think. The 3rd was absolutely horrendous, the last one was powder puff
