Why bet on Celtic -2 when there are way better odds on over 2.5 goals? Same amount of goals needed for the win.

Over 2.5 goals has better odds than over 3.5 and 4.5 goals.

-2 is just Celtic to score 3 or more
+ 2 goals is any team goals count.

The odds for -2-3-4 are wrong way round though.
Good young Marie looking after us:34:

The 9 to 4 bet on over 2.5 goals is still there. Over 2.5 goals and Celtic -2 still need the same amount of goals for the bet to be a win. That's providing Hamilton don't score of course. Which I don't think they will. Even if the game ended 4-1 that still makes the over 2.5 the winner which makes betting anything on -2 a waste because the odds are so poor.

Are these real bookie's odds? Thinking about braving the wind and rain in a bit to stick a tenner on -3 but not if I'm only going to get something like evens at most.

Edit: Just saw that a tenner would get me £28 back. Not worth it, especially since I'm skint til Tuesday. Last working day of the month is a * of a pay set up. usually implemented by snide * that don't want to give you a penny upfront in case you * off. If they paid on the last Friday of the month that would mean if I * off I'd have been paid for the 2 12 hour shifts I have before this month changes.

Over 2.5 & Celtic -2 are totally different bets. The over 2.5 obviously has more chance of happening than -2.

Some of the odds will be based on bookies odds apart from Marie specials.

Yeah obviously, so this begs the question: Why would you touch -2 which offers a return of £1.80 on the £1 when over 2.5 offers £3.25 back on £1? Looks like Marie's offered increased odds for the over 2.5 so that still makes the -2 bet seem a little strange.

When I just saw my total I was like eh? That's too much. Had 100 billion on over 2.5, but it turns out that was refunded. The Win and the -1 win didn't bring in much but Moussa FGS was a decent return.

There you go as promised, I was lucky enough to get a huge chunk back that I thought I'd lost so fair's fair...:celt_2:

I obviously * up on the over 2.5 goals, don't know what I done :97:so because it's encouraged a lot of bets I've refunded your stakes.

I always use the odds offered by either William Hill or Paddy Power( except the specials) but did enhance the odds for Celtic win as was something like 1/12.
