Im hoping to get celtic tv setup and use my android box to play it. Apparently no IPTV providers have it anymore due to celtic upping their streaming security. well thats what i was told, but if anyone out there is getting it please send me details.

Anyway I plan to get my cousin in Canada to sign up, send me log in details, i will setup vpn on android box and watch celtic tv here in Ireland..

Thats the plan anyway but can someone possibly help me do it right thus not getting a banned account..

    Best regards

Thinking about getting Celtic TV this season. The club seemed to be successfully cracking down on CTV streams last season and I hate missing games. I know matches aren't usually shown live but I really wouldn't mind waiting until midnight to see the game without knowing the score.

Does anyone here have it and is it worth paying the extra 30 quid for premium?

    * that man, personally hate watching matches delayed.

I had the normal sub last year, was way better than expected. I wouldn't say it's worth paying for Celtic TV at all (for me anyway) if you're not getting the 'overseas package' and using some sort of IP blocker.

I don't really watch much sport outside of football, nothing I can't get on a stream anyway. I also want to give something back to the club, however small.

I'd rather watch them delayed than not at all though. Good few home games in the second half of the season weren't anywhere to be found on the web.

I'm going to get it, it's just a case of normal or premium.

Fair call, not my bag though.

What about an overseas account with a VPN? Seen folk say on here that they do that.

Aye I'll check that out too. I honestly don't mind waiting to watch it delayed though.

i mind I was working back shift when we played Liverpool at Anfield in the Seville season. Warned the staff under penalty of death not to say anything if they heard the score. Finished at 9pm, put my walkman on full blast so i couldn't hear anything and sat on the bus with my eyes shut all the way home.

Wifey had a cargo chilling in the fridge for when I got home and the game taped on VHS.

Neighbours must have thought I was mental when I was jumping around the living room at the back of 11pm. :giggle1:

Looks like only normal available- * it I`m subscribing

All of these are available in the highest bandwidth offered by Celtic TV. Premium subscriptions are only available to subscribers outside the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. For live streaming of the HD video feed on Premium we recommend a minimum free bandwidth of 5Mbps with no other software or devices sharing this bandwidth.

There will be a few games a season, due to the time difference, that I will record and watch it when I get in from work.

Always make a * if it though, clicking on the BBC sport app has almost become a habit and I inevitably end up seeing the score.

Just don't enjoy it as much though whenever I do it, try and watch every game.

I would still watch them live if there was a stream kicking about, this is just for backup really.

In any case, I end up posting about 100 times in every match thread. Watching games delayed will seriously slow down my crazy post count. :giggle1:

Ah well, normal it is then. :50:

Is there anyone outside uk who would take a sub for me (I'll pay for it of course) so I can watch it through a VPN here in uk, if that would work or an alternative that will work for home games
