Saw them at a pre-season at Thislte a couple of years ago, they were pathetic.

Celtic and casuals don't go, never have never will..

 

Just to get this right, are you referring to burberry clad fuckwits.

 

No mate when I talk about casuals I mean the CSC or any other 'firms' not fans who don't wear colours.

 

I have Hoops jerseys from some of the early 90s through until about 2012, when was the last time I bought one. Then I have some Ireland and USA tops, lots more USA tops. I have a Chelsea top that was given to me by my buddy. And I have some other odds and ends, like some Donegal Gaelic Football tops that I got while over there. I have a Cork hooded pullover, I got it on a rainy day over there by my mother's family.

Take it the Soccer crew are now not active , I would imagine all in there 50s now anyway think it’s more down to you young yins now a days but wouldn’t class them as casuals/Firm times have changed and the dynamic is more ultra scene I think the BHOYS SMV have a Decent following

 

My ex’s cousin was involved with them as was a couple of guys I know from down here. One of them was in with Feyenoord the night they charged the huns, the other one his dad was head of security for the heated seats yet his boy had a banning order.

I remember when he was half giving it to me saying that my old local next to my maws 1 minute walk wasn't my local and that he drank there whenever he was at Wembley with his United pal's..

Know a few of them, some right mad men but also people who looked after us Irish very well anytime we arrived in Glasgow and wouldn't have a bad word to say about the ones I know.

Think there's a new crew, jokingly the baby crew they call them but don't think it's anything like it was years ago.

Listen, changed times and these days, no need for all that madness. They where young and wild back then like most people. Now it's moved on to the ultras, green brigrade etc.. what the young ones want to get involved in.

 

Years ago Celtic wasn't even quoted in the world of hooliganism they got chased and booed from the Celtic fans early doors and although they had a fair sized mob it was nothing to write home about. One of the Hibs casuals Dykes wrote in his book that Hibs took over the Celtic end at Parkhead and posted a photo to show this, unfortunately, the picture is of them in the main stand where all casuals got papped out the road by Celtic. Elaboration and fantasy!

With the exception of the odd few, hooliganism is peacocking they dress well look good and make lots of noise, they dance on kerbs in a tribal fashion whilst maybe three or four of them actually throw punches, they get home and elaborate the stories as battles, when in reality most of these type of * you would boot up and down the place in two minutes flat.

L yes the GB are more ultras definitely, as for the SMV BHOYS I think there dynamics are slightly different apparently they were all the same crew but had a split hence why they moved away from the GB and have there own patch up the 444 they create a great atmosphere up there tbh

 

Would be hard not to he was in the papers pictured coming out of court.

Yeah they sit just behind where my season books are. Good atmosphere up there when they are in form. They should get their own section bigger as the GB did . Would be great to have 2 sections on each ends of the stadium in full colour and voice.
